# Fleet Wash Health

> Spot which vehicles aren't getting washed, find your power users, and track wash adoption over time.

**Reports → Fleet Wash Health** answers two questions: *which of my vehicles aren't getting washed?* and *which ones wash the most?* It turns your wash history into short lists of vehicles you can act on.

The page has three sections, top to bottom: a **wash utilization chart**, a **Vehicles Due for a Wash** table (your neglected list), and a **Most Frequent Washers** table (your power users).

Use the **Facility** filter at the top to scope everything to one facility. It defaults to **All Facilities**, and your selection is saved in the URL — bookmark or share a link and the recipient lands on the same view. Each table has its own time range or threshold filter, covered below.

## Wash utilization chart

A monthly chart of how many unique vehicles washed, plus a utilization line (% of active vehicles washed) for pay-as-you-go accounts. Use it to confirm the program is healthy (a flat or growing trend), catch a regression (a sustained dip often means a vendor closed or a card issue is blocking washes), or see the impact of turning on a new vendor.

Switch the time range above the chart between **Last 365 Days** (default) and any prior year with data (e.g. **2025**, **2024**), which appear automatically as your history builds.

<Tip>
  Utilization % is *unique vehicles washed in the period ÷ active vehicles with a card or membership*. It only appears for pay-as-you-go accounts; unlimited accounts see the bar chart alone.
</Tip>

## Vehicles Due for a Wash

Every vehicle that hasn't washed in at least the selected threshold. Use the color-coded filters above the table to set how overdue:

| Filter       | Color  | Shows                                     |
| ------------ | ------ | ----------------------------------------- |
| **30+ days** | Yellow | Default — 30 or more days since last wash |
| **60+ days** | Orange | 60 or more days                           |
| **90+ days** | Red    | 90 or more days                           |
| **Never** | Red | Vehicles never washed under your program |

Each row shows the vehicle, your external ID, plate, facility, last wash date, and a colored label for days since last wash. Click any row to open the **Vehicle Wash History** drill-down — the full wash record for that vehicle.

<Warning>
  A **Never** vehicle usually means the card never reached the driver, or the driver doesn't know the program exists. Both are worth a quick follow-up.
</Warning>

## Most Frequent Washers

Vehicles ranked by wash count over the selected window — your power users, and good candidates to move from pay-as-you-go to an unlimited membership. Set the window above the table: **30 Days**, **90 Days** (default), **Year**, or **All Time**.

Each row shows the vehicle, external ID, plate, facility, wash count for the window, and last wash date. Click any row for the same **Vehicle Wash History** drill-down.

<Tip>
  **The unlimited-membership math.** Break-even at most vendors is roughly two washes a month — three or more pays for itself. A vehicle showing **3+ washes/month** on the 30-day view at pay-as-you-go pricing is a strong candidate for an unlimited account at its most-used vendor. Email [support@gorynse.com](mailto:support@gorynse.com) or your account team to run the numbers.
</Tip>

## Drilling into a vehicle

Clicking a row in either table opens **Vehicle Wash History** — the date, merchant, facility, service, and amount for every wash that vehicle has had. Use it to see whether a membership covered a visit or you paid per wash, where the driver is washing, and when gaps started.

## Exporting

Every table has an export button in its header. Each filter is a separate dataset, so to get all the lists (30+, 60+, 90+, Never; or 30 / 90 / Year / All Time), switch the filter and export again.

## Common workflows

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Weekly fleet health check">
    Set **Facility** to **All Facilities** and the neglected table to **60+ days**. Anything in that list is worth a driver or dispatcher follow-up this week.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Enforcing a wash cadence">
    If your fleet has standards for how often vehicles should be washed, set the neglect threshold to your tolerance (often **30+**), export, and share with the relevant supervisors.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Finding unlimited-membership candidates">
    Open Most Frequent Washers and set the window to **30 Days**. Any vehicle with three or more washes is paying more on pay-as-you-go than on an unlimited plan. Export the list and send it to your account team to set up unlimited accounts.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Following up on a 'Never washed' vehicle">
    Click the row to open Vehicle Wash History. If it's empty, the cause is almost always that the card never reached the driver or the driver doesn't know the program exists. Confirm with the assigned facility before contacting the driver.
