The Car Wash Locations page embeds your organization’s vendor map — a custom Google My Maps view your CSM builds for you, with every car wash vendor location available to your account pinned, plus any facility markers we’ve added on your behalf. The same map powers the QR code on the driver one-pager — drivers scan it, tap any pin on their phone, and get turn-by-turn driving directions to that vendor. You’ll find it at Organization → Car Wash Locations in app.v2.gorynse.com.
The map shows your enrolled vendors — it’s not a hard restriction list. Rynse cards are accepted broadly at car-wash merchants, so a wash that isn’t pinned here can still work in many cases. The map is the curated list of vendors we recommend your drivers use. If a location isn’t on the map and your driver wants to wash there, mention it on your next check-in and your CSM can confirm.

What the map shows

Vendor locations

Every car wash vendor location currently activated for your account — across all the brands and regions you’re enrolled with.

Your facilities (when added)

If your CSM has added your facilities to the map, they’ll appear as their own markers so you can see which vendors sit closest to each one. Ask on a check-in if you want them included.

Driving directions

Tap any pin on a phone and the map hands off to your default maps app for turn-by-turn navigation.

QR-code ready

The same map is linked from the QR code on the driver one-pager — no portal login required for drivers.

How fleet managers use it

Once all your vendors are activated, the map becomes the single visual you point drivers at. Use it in your department-wide announcement email so everyone knows where they’re allowed to wash before they hit the road. Ask your CSM for the announcement email template — it’s designed to drop in the QR code and the one-pager alongside the map link.
When a captain, supervisor, or driver asks about coverage, share your screen on this page. Every vendor pin is a real, active location for your account — if it’s on the map, your drivers can use it.
If your facilities are on the map, you can spot coverage gaps at a glance — pan to the facility marker and check the nearby vendor pins. If coverage looks thin in a region, that’s a great thing to raise on your next check-in so we can prioritize adding vendors there.

The driver one-pager + QR code

Every customer gets a printable driver one-pager with a QR code that opens this same map on a phone. Drivers don’t need portal access, a login, or an app — they scan, see every location they’re allowed to use, and tap for directions.
Hand the one-pager out the way that works for your team — put it in the glove box, email it to the department, post it on a yard noticeboard, or laminate a copy at each facility. If you don’t have it yet, ask your CSM and they’ll send it over.

Adding or removing pins

The vendor pins on the map are managed by your Customer Success Manager. If you spot something that needs to change, the fastest path is to bring it up on a call — your CSM can usually add a missing facility pin live during the call so you can see the update right away. For changes outside a call:
  • Missing your own facility on the map? Email support@gorynse.com (or mention on your next check-in) and we’ll add the facility marker to your Google My Maps view.
  • A vendor location is missing, wrong, or closed? Email support@gorynse.com with the vendor name and address (or screenshot) and we’ll update the map.
  • Want a new vendor activated entirely? Mention it on your check-in or email support@gorynse.com — we’ll work the vendor side and the map will reflect the new locations once they’re live.

”No map exists”

If the page shows “No map exists” instead of the embedded map, your account’s map URL hasn’t been configured yet. This is normal for brand-new accounts during onboarding — the map gets attached once your vendors are confirmed and activated. Email support@gorynse.com or ping your CSM and we’ll get it published.
Vendor activations and the map go hand-in-hand. The map only becomes meaningful once your enrolled vendors are live, so if you’re early in onboarding, expect this page to fill in over the first few weeks of your rollout.

Facilities

Manage the sub-locations that appear as red pins on the map.

Vehicles

See which vendors each vehicle is enrolled with — pair this with the map to know where each card or plate will work.
